To accompany the success gained throughout his own parenting experience, Smith has enjoyed along with his wife of nearly 40 years; the privilege of investing in the lives of hundreds of children through the dedication of over thirty years in ministry. Together, they are the devoted pastoral leaders at New Horizon Church International. Charles Smith believes that raising children is who he is, and that the true fabric of ministry is essentially, raising children. His greatest joy has come in observing, over time, the generational impact left on the lives of children he has pastored. Many stewarded under his leadership, have grown into proficient adults; bringing their own children back, to enjoy the undeniable growth that takes place under Smith’s effervescent ministry. His mantra is simple; “you’re not going to be around me, and not go to another level”.
